Just What the Doctor Ordered

The latest health research shows that children ages 5 through 16, should be "active" at least 1.5 hours a day, according to a report published today in the Lancet. Luckily, the AP reports that,
For some parents, that might be accomplished simply by showing their children the door. "Just making sure children play outside will double the amount of physical activity they get," said Dr. Lars Bo Andersen, lead author of the research....
Yeah, I could do that.

I wonder how much activity 30-somethings need?
