Welcome... again!

As I mentioned in my last post, I have been working on a new layout for the Daily Yak. I have worked on it in fits and starts over the past few weeks, but unfortunately it remains far short of the image in my mind's eye. That being said, I now recognize that to continue to wait until it is "perfect," may mean never posting anything again! So, I've shelved the major revamp for the time being. I will continue to work on it and who knows, maybe in the not too distant future you will drop by for a visit and "ooh" and "ahh" over my style sheet. Yeah. Right. Probably not.

Anyway, until such time as that occurs, I've simply adapted one of the free templates Blogger offers to its users. I still need to replace all the links and other items from my old site, and make a few other modifications, but it's easier than starting from scratch.
