I'm still here, but in a couple weeks I will be there!

Hey, I haven't really had time to post anything recently, what with garage sales (virtual and real world), cleaning, sorting, packing and other assorted move-related tasks filling most of the "free-time" between the usual family stuff. My wife and I are exhausted - and let me just say here, my wife is freakin' awesome! She's a master at organizing, and has been packing up a storm while still dealing with a huge workload at her regular job. I don't know how she does it all!

Anyway, there is a light at the end of our house-selling-and-moving-to-Texas tunnel. The movers will be here the day after tomorrow!!! Monday we go to closing on this house, after which we will be homeless for a couple weeks. The kids and I will be squatting with various family and friends for a week or so while my aforementioned awesome wife is gone on a week-long business trip. Once she returns, we'll hit the road, Jack!

We should arrive in Texas a few days later with just enough time to get our bearings before the movers unload our truckload of stuff... into our new house!!! I can hardly wait!

Anyway, posting may be a bit sporadic over the next couple weeks, but I'll try to blog as much as my time and internet connections permit. Oh, got some more pics to share too (after I finish the packing).
