Starting at the Bottom

A few weeks after the previous pic was taken, all the necessary permits and approvals had been obtained and the foundation was poured. They had to take down a few of the trees, but we tried to save as many of the large ones as we could. Our property extends well into the trees at the rear of this shot, and in fact the lot backs up to a large preserve with a creek, trails and such.
