Yippeee! Just now surfed over to MSNBC and the headline on their lead story is Signs of Life: housing market may be bottoming out, experts say. Good news, if you've been trying to sell a home like we have!

In somewhat related news, I got a couple calls today from an agent who has someone interested in seeing our house. Not really a big deal, except that this will be the first potential buyer to come through since we relisted the house last week. Hopefully there will be many more to follow. Er, actually, we don't need a lot of people to see the house - just one will do! It just has to be the right one who falls in love with the place and wants to buy it!
