Online Open House: Living Room

Leaving the family room and heading back through the foyer we enter the spacious living room. The windows look out to the front yard while the other end of the room opens into a separate sitting room (this first pic is taken from the vantage point of the sitting room). The floor is the same laminate as the foyer, dining room and kitchen area and there is crown molding throught the living and sitting rooms.

The sitting room boasts a large window and built-in bookcases run the length of one wall. This is actually one of my favorite rooms in the house (especially on a cold winter day when the warm sunlight streams through the window - the perfect place for the kids and I to snuggle up with some books). The window overlooks the backyard and the floor is covered in the same berber as the family room. Nice!
