PayPal? PayPal? Bueller? Bueller?

OK, is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that PayPal seems to have dropped off the edge of the world wide web?

UPDATE (10:04pm) - Hmmm... I can't seem to login to my eBay account either, though the eBay main page and non-account related pages seem to be available. What's going on here?

UPDATE: (4/5 4:26pm) - Alright, it seems I have egg on my face. PayPal only vanished from my world, not everyone else's! Something happened to IE on my machine and it was preventing me from viewing SSL sites, which is why I could view the public eBay pages, but not the account-related pages. I finally realized the problem when I couldn't get into my credit union site; there's just no way PayPal, eBay and the credit union were all down simultaneously. I'm not sure how my IE settings got corrupted (virus/spybot scans turn up normal), but maybe this is a sign that I should switch over to Firefox.
