Husbands Should be Treated Like Toddlers... Huh?!?

I just came across this item over on Rebel Dad. Parenting magazine recently ran an article in which the author, Fernanda Moore, seems to recommend that wives treat (and discipline) their husbands in the same manner as toddler-aged children. Yeah, hubby forgot to take out the trash, so the best way to deal with it is give him a timeout and send him to his room. Huh?!?

I haven't read the article myself, since it doesn't appear to be available online (I may have to pony up a few bucks for a hard copy at the bookstore), but can she really be serious? Apparently so, as according to Rebel Dad, she writes that that's the way it is in her house. Yikes! I can't imagine that treating your husband (or wife for that matter) like an immature child is characteristic of a healthy spousal relationship.
