Everyday is a Holiday When You're 3

Last night I had to go to a meeting of AIM leaders at my church. My wife and kids were at the door waving goodbye as I walked to my car. It was just an ordinary day by my account, but as I left my daughter called out, "Bye, Daddy! Happy birthday! Happy Valentine's Day!" I guess there are no ordinary days when you're 3.

Really... not a bad way of looking at life when I think about it. :)
